We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional with experience in the financial and/or insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate recruiting, place a high value on collaboration and contribute to a high-performing talent acquisition team.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with leadership to understand and fulfill recruitment needs for critical and complex roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the financial and insurance sectors.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage with passive candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with industry professionals through networking events and stay current on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support recruitment efforts across various locations.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a positive hiring process.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on the financial and/or insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in executive-level recruiting and global recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using Workday for recruitment processes.
