Bill Wright is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Inc. and has been recognized as a leading broker in the office and retail markets for over 30 years in Central Iowa. In 2018, Bill was named Managing Director for CBRE, Inc. and leads the brokerage efforts for 35 transaction professionals in the Des Moines office. A member of a brokerage team with Chris Pendroy, Grant Wright, and Dakota Albrecht, his team has consistently completed over 100 transactions each year for the past five years. Their team is focused on client satisfaction and providing the highest quality of tenant representation and landlord agency services to their clients. The results are evident in the number of long-term relationships that their team has established over several decades with clients such as Wellabe, Sport Clips, Taco John’s of Iowa, Aterra Real Estate Holdings, Mandelbaum Properties, and others.
