Temporary Collector

The applicant who fulfills this position will be responsible for calling on delinquent accounts and working with customers on collections. This is a position that offers a great foot in the door. Work model:

• Remote
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What you will do:

• Make calls on accounts that are delinquent 
• Interact with customers regarding collections
• Utilize phone and email to request payments from customers
• Assist in coordinating suitable payment arrangements
• Follow up on accounts and document information accordingly

What you will need to be successful:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent communication abilities
• Collections experience is preferred
