What you will do:
- Perform routine maintenance and validation for lab equipment including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, pipettes, evaporators, and sample prep tools
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and servicing of instruments with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist with LC-MS/MS software upgrades for Windows 11 compliance, including scheduling and validation with partners
- Prepare mobile phases and set up LC-MS/MS batches according to established protocols
- Conduct instrument cleaning, performance verification, and computer systems validation
- Order supplies and maintain equipment for method development tasks
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate degree in a science-related field required; BS preferred
- Hands-on experience in analytical labs and familiarity with mass spectrometry and chromatography
- Strong understanding of GLP regulations and quantitative LC-MS/MS for small molecules
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and regulatory experts
