Health Tech Associates is a healthcare certificate education provider and a State of Iowa-approved CNA certification center.

You’ll run everything before registration—and you’ll be paid like it. Your day is fast responses, confident calls, crisp texts, energetic partner outreach, and quick social posts that convert interest into full classes + waitlists. You won’t be micromanaged: we give you the targets, tools, and ownership to execute.

• Two or more years in admissions, recruiting, sales, or high volume outreach
• Confident phone presence with clear speaking voice and professional text and email etiquette
• Fast speed to lead during business hours with strong follow through
• Proven conversion of inquiries to paid registrations with documented results
• CRM proficiency with clean notes accurate stages and next actions
• Comfortable working across multiple monitors and software tools
• Strong writing for short social posts reels testimonials and DMs
• Able to create quick video snippets on a phone or desktop without heavy editing
• Organized and detail focused with reliable checklist use and deadline management
• Data driven mindset with basic spreadsheet skills and simple reporting
• Relationship builder with partner facilities schools and workforce teams
• Event ready for job fairs and community outreach with reliable transportation
• Able to re engage prospects who were sent back for incomplete intake or requirements
• On site availability Monday through Friday eight to five with dependable attendance
• Professional judgment with escalation when needed and respect for confidentiality
• Positive attitude resilience and accountability to seat targets and monthly goals
