What You Can Expect In This Role

Provide quantitative and analytical support for data-driven decision-making across various business areas, helping to achieve corporate objectives and drive insights. Internship Information: Our Internship program is designed to give students experience with projects and performing tasks within their hired work area. You will be exposed to other areas within the organization by participating in development, culture and volunteer events. This paid internship is 8-10 weeks in length with the possibility of extending hours into the school year.Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment.

What You'll Do In This Role

• Assist in data discovery and basic analysis, identifying trends and insights under the guidance of the Business Intelligence team.
• Support data collection, cleansing and validation processes to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convert data into actionable insights that help guide sound business decisions.
• Contribute to the design and development of dashboards, following best practices in data visualization.
• Assist with marketing data analysis to provide insights on campaign performance, customer behavior and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate to refine data processes and gather requirements for marketing analytics.

• Individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field Preferred
• Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and strong desire to learn more
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in interpreting data trends
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
• Effective use of Microsoft Excel or similar data tools

• Criminal background check required.
