What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and accurately document all member interactions
• Respond to standard and complex customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products, services, and coverage options
• Research and follow up on customer issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with payments, rate and plan information, and coverage changes
• Route members to the appropriate carriers for claims or additional information
• Gather missing details and escalate issues when necessary to ensure member satisfaction

• At least 1 year of call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Strong computer proficiency, comfortable managing multiple screens and applications simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree
