Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8-hr shift between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Answer phone calls and determine the caller’s need
  • Request additional/missing information from the customer via written or verbal communication
  • Document client issues and escalate them to the appropriate parties to resolve
  • Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested

What you need to be successful:

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone – the ability to build rapport with callers quickly
  • Good computer skills and experience using multiple screens and applications at the same time
  • Focus on client experience – looking for people to focus on quality over quantity
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous Life & Health or Property & Casualty experience preferred
