West YP: Affinity Group Kick-Off Meeting
What Are Affinity Groups?:
Affinity Groups are small, interest-based communities within West YP designed to help members build more meaningful connections through shared activities and consistent interaction. Rather than traditional large networking events, these groups create a more relaxed, inclusive environment where relationships can develop naturally over time. Our initial groups include Golf, Book Club, and Board Games, with plans to expand based on member interest.
Goals for the Kick-Off Meeting:

Introduce the purpose and structure of Affinity Groups

Get to know fellow group members in a casual setting

Gather input on scheduling, format, and future activities

Identify group ambassadors to help lead and coordinate each group
