WDM Leadership Academy Info Session

Interested in elevating your leadership skills, creating lifelong relationships, and making a positive impact on the community? If so, the WDM Leadership Academy awaits. Join us to hear from alumni and current class members on their experiences as we get closer to the May 31 application deadline. 

The course begins in September with graduation in May. In between, you'll experience nine highly impactful days full of experiential learning. Unlike other leadership programs, where focus is predominantly on community information, the WDM Leadership Academy (WDMLA) places substantial emphasis on honing skills so participants will better lead themselves, others, and throughout the community. With diploma in hand, they better influence others, impact decisions more effectively, and lead with confidence.
