At The REAL Beer Yoga, you can connect with yourself, connect with an old friend, or make a new one. And connect with your beer all at the same time. And again afterward.

Yes folks, this is yoga WITH beer, not yoga THEN beer. Big difference. Come check it out at The Hall at The Foundry DSM in charming Historic Valley Junction.
